When you order a subscription box- we try to use the smallest and lightest box possible while still providing a unique gift experience. 

When you order writing accessories - we we try to use the smallest and lightest box possible while still providing a unique gift experience, (hence we offer gift wrapping as an additional fee). 

We created a subscription for downloads to economize shipping and sales. (We are still working hard on this and avidly look forward to any feedback you offer).  Please alert us if the download app integration did not deliver the download you ordered.
