Return and Refund Policy
As a very small business we are so sorry we cannot offer more. We only offer full refunds if your item(s) have not yet shipped, or we made an error.
We can only offer exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. However, you will have to pay the shipping both for the return and replacement, unless the error was ours.
However, it usually takes us 3-7 days to assemble and ship your order, and if you cancel within that time, before shipping you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations for subscriptions
If you have bought a subscription, or subscription box and cancel early, you will be refunded or be pro-rated/ per order based on your subscription option. (If for instance you order a 3 month subscription with a discount, but cancel after the first installment - you will be charged and sent subscriptions for the first 2 months at the discounted rate. Your cancellation will result in not being charged for the third month, or being refunded for the third box at the discounted rate.) This is because we have to order things at least 6 weeks in advance and base our orders on subscription levels for those specific subscription items.
