A note for parents

This kit doesn't fix big feelings — nothing does, and nothing should. But it gives kids more vocabulary, more tools, and more ways to process what they're carrying. It's a particularly good fit for neurodivergent kids who experience emotions intensely, kids going through transitions, or any kid who could use a reminder that all of their feelings are allowed.
